Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with us, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, including couples and families, to determine their unique needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
\n
• Engage in both joint therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions with each family member to facilitate holistic healing.
\n
• Address a variety of presenting issues, including alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring individualized care.
\n
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to share insights and best practices that improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, which includes individuals from various backgrounds facing challenges related to mental health, including adults and adolescents. Our clients may require support surrounding issues such as blended family dynamics, adjusting to separation or divorce, managing job stress, and overcoming personal traumas. Your role is crucial in providing compassionate care that helps these clients navigate their challenges and improve their relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
