Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to accurately identify their therapeutic needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic treatment goals, regularly reviewing their progress to ensure therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with all legal, ethical, and insurance guidelines, ensuring the privacy and security of client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various backgrounds, couples facing relationship challenges, and families coping with a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and systemic dysfunction. Your expertise in navigating complex familial dynamics and facilitating healthy communication will be invaluable in helping clients achieve their desired outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Maryland is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
