Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and couples facing various relational and psychological challenges.

• Providing individual and couples therapy sessions focusing on family dynamics, communication issues, and conflict resolution.
\n
• Specializing in a range of topics, including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, domestic violence, grief and loss, and blended family adjustments.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to develop personalized care plans that best meet the needs of patients.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and well-being.
\n
• Documenting all therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
\n
• Actively participating in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will focus on supporting those experiencing personal crises, familial conflicts, and mental health challenges. Our approach emphasizes understanding the psychological and environmental factors that contribute to each client's unique situation, allowing for a tailored therapeutic experience that helps individuals and families overcome obstacles and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n
