Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Aventus Mind and Wellness Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Formulating individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses and presenting issues, setting measurable goals alongside your clients.

• Providing ongoing psychotherapy services, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Documenting clinical progress carefully and in a timely manner, adhering to both legal requirements and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with other health care professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive, holistic care for our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
