Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions via secure virtual platforms, offering a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused techniques.

• Act promptly in crisis situations to provide immediate support and strategies for de-escalation and safety.

• Maintain compliance with documentation protocols and regulations, ensuring that client records are accurately recorded and preserved in alignment with Tennessee state laws.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses a diverse spectrum of individuals, couples, and families confronting various psychosocial issues. Clients may be experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, or life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active LMFT license in Tennessee in good standing.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, focusing on individual and family therapy.
