Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct and lead client-centered group therapy sessions to foster a therapeutic environment for participants.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in line with established clinical protocols.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and fellow LMFTs to continually assess and improve therapeutic practices and interventions.

• Attend and actively participate in monthly team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and share best practices.

• Utilize culturally sensitive and evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, reflecting your experience and expertise.
