Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish positive and trusting rapport with patients to create a safe space for discussing their concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose various mental health disorders, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client’s unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address specific patient needs, preferences, and goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that motivate and engage clients in their healing process.

• Regularly monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs.

• Referring clients to additional specialists or resources when required, promoting holistic care and collaboration across disciplines.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, incorporating best practices in confidentiality and compliance.

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. Your work will empower clients to understand their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and work through issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license is required to practice in your state.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
