Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify psychological and relational dynamics and develop personalized treatment plans with achievable goals.

• Implement family systems theory and systemic interventions to skillfully address family stressors and communication barriers.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support when clients face acute emotional challenges, prioritizing safety and well-being.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, complying with legal and ethical standards.

• Educate clients on communication strategies, conflict resolution techniques, and coping mechanisms to foster improved relational functioning.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health practitioners, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
