Key Responsibilities\n

• Document therapy sessions in compliance with organizational policies and medical record keeping procedures, prioritizing patient confidentiality and data protection.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, employing effective assessment and intervention techniques to stabilize situations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training sessions, in-service meetings, and workshops to stay current in therapy methodologies and best practices.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnosing mental and emotional disorders, and create tailored treatment plans to address individual client needs.

• Offer a variety of therapeutic services, including family therapy, individual therapy, psychological evaluations, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches to best suit client situations.

• Assist in the training on bariatric psychological evaluations for clients seeking surgical interventions, ensuring compliance with psychological assessment standards.

• Engage in periodic therapeutic retreats and activities designed to foster team cohesion and enhance therapeutic methodologies applied within the practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
