Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients, including understanding their mental health history, current situation, and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet client needs.

• Document and maintain comprehensive progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries to track client progress and ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Department to coordinate special programs, ensuring the delivery of effective and tailored mental health services.

• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at developing resources for preventive mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our practice is on adults and families navigating various mental health and relational challenges. Clients may seek therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client are paramount to our therapeutic approach, helping to foster resilience and effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and current LMFT license in the state of Oregon, with a solid grounding in legal and ethical standards.

• At least two (2) years of experience providing direct mental health services, particularly in crisis intervention and therapy settings.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively and build rapport with clients and team members.

• Strong organizational skills, allowing for effective multitasking and prioritization amidst competing deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience.
