Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and couple sessions that promote insight, healing, and coping strategies.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based interventions while adapting treatment plans as needed, based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.

• Monitor client progress regularly, making adjustments to therapeutic approaches to better meet their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as necessary to provide holistic care, making referrals to specialized services as needed.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.

You will engage with a diverse client population facing various challenges, including relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license is mandatory for this position.

• A master's or doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Outstanding communication and counseling skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
