Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish clients' needs and goals, using standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific mental health challenges and provide measurable goals for progress.

• Deliver therapy in various settings: individual, couples, family, and group, while tailoring approaches to fit the dynamics of each session.

• Evaluate treatment progress through regular client reviews, adjusting care strategies to respond to evolving client needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate age-appropriate interventions and assessments, ensuring that services are aligned with the developmental stage of each client.

• Lead support groups for parents, focusing on the unique challenges surrounding adoption and the care of children prenatally exposed to substances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT will involve working closely with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will address diverse issues such as family dynamics, mental health disorders, relationship problems, and trauma. By fostering a trusting and supportive therapeutic environment, you will help clients navigate their personal challenges and work towards healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is 2 years of experience, we prefer candidates who possess advanced training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, play therapy, or family therapy models. Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with electronic health record systems is also desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
