The position allows for a remote work setting, which provides the flexibility to manage your own workspace while maintaining seamless connections with our outpatient office. Regular team meetings, training sessions, and case consultations will be conducted via video conferencing to foster team collaboration and maintain a sense of community among therapists. Our out-patient office is equipped with up-to-date technology to ensure our therapists can provide exceptional care from any location.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms experienced by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.
\n
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families on managing mood disorders, exploring treatment options, and adopting self-care practices to promote recovery.
\n
• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
\n
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care.
\n
• Stay updated on current research and best practices related to mood disorders to enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records that adhere to legal and ethical standards to protect client information.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team discussions, and professional development opportunities to elevate the overall quality of care provided.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs and work to reduce stigmatization associated with mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and generalized anxiety. You will also be tasked with providing support to vulnerable groups, including victims of domestic violence, refugees, and individuals experiencing homelessness. Your commitment to understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by these populations will be paramount in delivering effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in Colorado.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients’ life experiences and struggles.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage clinical caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
