Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of families to identify and document the key issues and dynamics within family systems.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and modalities to guide sessions, tailoring strategies to meet each family's unique cultural and emotional needs.

• Engage in active listening to understand the concerns of clients and educate them on how their behaviors affect their relationships.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and measurable objectives for families and couples.

• Facilitate sessions that address topics such as grief processing, conflict resolution, and behavioral challenges to promote family cohesion.

• Monitor the progress of each client, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet evolving needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience working directly with couples and families in a therapeutic setting.

• Demonstrated ability to use a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systemic therapy.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations and cultural contexts is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
