Key Responsibilities\n

In your role, you will:

Preferred Experience\n

While a relevant Master’s degree and state licensure are essential, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapy areas (such as trauma-informed care or addiction treatment) will be viewed favorably. Prior experience in private practice is a plus, but not required. We value motivation and a passion for mental health over years of experience alone, and encourage new graduates to apply as well.

Compensation and Benefits\n
