Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations to better understand clients’ mental health issues, facilitating the development of effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care to promote personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and track their progress throughout the treatment process, adapting strategies as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients who face accessibility challenges, ensuring that therapy remains accessible and effective regardless of location.

• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, employing electronic health record systems to track progress, interventions, and outcomes responsibly and ethically.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills, stay updated on the latest therapeutic trends, and expand knowledge in areas such as addiction treatment.

Qualifications\n
