Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate mental and emotional well-being, identifying needs, issues, and treatment goals.

• Provide both individual and couples therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans to ensure they meet changing needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including but not limited to progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in effective communication with clients and relevant stakeholders to facilitate coordinated care, while also advocating for clients’ rights and well-being.

• Be equipped to provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy.

• Ensure a secure and confidential virtual therapy environment, demonstrating proficiency in delivering therapy services through remote platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a varied clientele ranging from children to adults, each facing unique challenges in their mental and emotional health journeys. Our clients may experience issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma among others. Your ability to create a safe and supportive space will be vital in helping clients navigate their concerns and facilitate positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy.
\n
• Proficiency in timely documentation of client assessments and progress notes alongside treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults.

• Previous involvement in community health settings or similar environments is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, reflective of your experience and expertise.
