Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis techniques to promote significant behavioral change in clients.

• Conduct comprehensive therapy sessions, including individual, couple, and family therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or crises.

• Perform thorough diagnostic assessments to understand each client's specific needs and formulate personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and statistical data necessary for program evaluation.

• Communicate effectively with clients and their families by articulating therapeutic concepts clearly and compassionately, both orally and in written form.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is between USD 120,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
