Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have a dynamic role that involves:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand the needs of individuals and families.

• Providing therapeutic services to couples in joint sessions, while also conducting individual therapy sessions as needed.

• Developing tailored treatment plans addressing a variety of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and the adjustment to divorce.

• Facilitating communication among family members to enhance understanding and validate personal experiences.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to achieve optimal outcomes for all patients.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve include adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of challenges such as familial conflicts, blended family dynamics, grief, and job-related stress. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:
