Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Balanced Insight Counseling Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of individuals and their relational dynamics to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing therapy sessions with couples and families, along with individual sessions for deeper exploration of personal issues.
\n
• Specializing in addressing a diverse range of issues such as alcohol abuse, conflict resolution among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment to life transitions like separation and divorce.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring that each client receives the highest standard of care.
\n
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress to adapt treatment plans as needed, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patient population will encompass individuals, couples, and families of all ages, including children and adolescents. You will engage with clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to:

• Coping with family conflicts, such as siblings' disputes or parent-child communication difficulties.

• Support in blended family situations and assisting families in navigating the complexities of remarriage.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
