Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT within our practice, you will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM guidelines while working collaboratively with supervising licensed psychologists and psychiatrists.

• Providing individualized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which may include crisis intervention, supportive therapy, skills training, and couples counseling.
\n
• Focusing on treatment planning and care coordination, determining the urgency of client needs to deliver appropriate interventions.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to refine treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives holistic and integrated care.
\n
• Utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client progress and therapy sessions.
\n
• Participating actively in clinical team meetings for quality assurance, case consultations, and developing treatment strategies.
\n
• Maintaining high standards of clinical practice in accordance with organizational policies and state/federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of diverse clients, including individuals and families experiencing mental health disorders, dual diagnoses, and related challenges. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to address their unique experiences and needs. Through ongoing assessment and evidence-based strategies, you will contribute significantly to improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid LMFT license, or Psy.D in psychology, to practice in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience delivering psychotherapy services in clinical settings.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records to deliver services and document client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences would enhance a candidate’s profile:

Compensation and Benefits\n
