Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial diagnostic evaluations utilizing the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) guidelines under supervision.

• Providing evidence-based psychotherapy and crisis intervention to individuals, couples, and groups, catering to various mental health concerns.

• Creating and implementing treatment plans, utilizing modalities such as skills training, supportive therapy, and couples counseling.
\n
• Participating in collaborative consultations and case reviews with interdisciplinary team members to enhance the quality of client care.
\n
• Utilizing an electronic health records system to document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Offering resources and community referrals to clients with mental health challenges or dual diagnosis disorders as part of a comprehensive care approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Ideal candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Must possess a current and valid LMFT license to practice in Florida.

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
