Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and tailor short-term psychotherapy interventions for individuals, families, and groups while adhering to best practices in mental health treatment.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records to ensure efficient service delivery and accurate documentation.

• Assess mental health needs to determine the appropriate level of care, including crisis interventions and treatment planning.

• Conduct regular assessments and provide evidence-based treatments, staying updated with the latest DSM guidelines under the supervision of licensed psychologists or nurse practitioners.

• Participate in interdisciplinary consultations with team members to refine treatment plans and enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain and prepare comprehensive documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with all regulatory policies and guidelines.

You will be serving a diverse clientele, including individuals with mental health conditions and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or equivalent Psy.D is required to practice in Pennsylvania.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Trinity Health Behavioral Center offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
