Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations for clients and develop personalized treatment plans based on the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), under the supervision of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services for individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing mental health challenges as well as dual disorders.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques, brief therapy approaches, and skill-building exercises to guide clients through difficult situations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to determine appropriate treatment levels and coordinate referrals, care transitions, and psychiatric admissions when necessary.

• Engage in quality assessment activities, providing consultations to the clinical team regarding treatment approaches and client challenges.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, including therapy notes, reports, and communications with other stakeholders involved in a client’s care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $75,000 and $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
