Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions to help clients explore personal issues including anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, guiding partners through communication barriers and conflict resolution techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, goals, and ongoing evaluations of progress.

• Assess and diagnose clients’ mental health conditions through careful evaluation and use of appropriate diagnostic tools.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and referrals when necessary.

• Provide ongoing support through follow-up sessions, adjusting therapy techniques as needed based on client feedback and emerging needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

Qualifications\n
