Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Highmark, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes couples, families, and individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. Understanding the cultural backgrounds and experiences of those you serve is crucial to providing effective, personalized therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
