In this full-time, telehealth position, you will play a critical role in providing quality mental health care to a diverse patient population, focusing on a range of mental health challenges.

Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your home while remaining connected with a collaborative team of mental health professionals. Our telehealth platform ensures that you have the resources and technology necessary to deliver effective care while maintaining patient confidentiality. Full-time therapists are expected to adhere to a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new patients to establish individual needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy in individual, couples, and family therapy formats.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that foster understanding and community support among patients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and effective management of acute situations.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources for additional support.

• Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical documentation standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development events to enhance collaborative practices and personal growth.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy and integrate new findings into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Health Flow Psychological Center, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with emotional disturbances, behavioral issues, and psychiatric disorders. Your role will contribute significantly to enhancing their quality of life through personalized and empathetic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, along with a strong familiarity with therapeutic approaches tailored to various populations.

• Demonstrated capacity to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.
\n
• Experience in facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, with a focus on inclusive practices for diverse demographics.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and team members.
\n
• Strong ethical standards, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other computer applications relevant to patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy is preferred.
