Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with participants through virtual sessions to prevent the need for crisis services, utilizing proactive strategies that promote stability and resilience.

• Develop and maintain detailed crisis alerts that facilitate the coordination of emergency services with county crisis teams as needed.

• Document and coordinate transitions between hospital and inpatient services when required, ensuring continuity of care and smooth discharge planning in collaboration with hospital staff.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient progress, interventions, and outcomes, ensuring high-quality delivery of services.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions designed to address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Easy Calming Mind Wellness Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, based on caseload and experience.
