Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to clients’ needs.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring strategies are effectively addressing each client’s unique challenges and goals.

• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings, contributing insights that enhance the overall treatment approach and foster better health outcomes for clients.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and tools to facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions while ensuring compliance with telehealth regulations and ethical standards.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with internal policies and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele served by our organization includes individuals struggling with substance use disorders, as well as those facing co-occurring mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. By fostering a supportive therapeutic environment, you will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals toward healthier coping mechanisms and improved relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active license in good standing to practice as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or similar, without any restrictions, suspensions, or probationary status.
\n
• Strong understanding of the principles of mental health care and a commitment to maintaining ethical standards throughout practice.

• Willingness to complete pre-employment requirements, including tuberculosis screening, background checks, and drug screening, as well as ongoing compliance with similar standards during employment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in providing telehealth services is highly desirable, as it ensures familiarity with remote therapy methodologies and technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this role is competitive, offering a salary between $115,000 and $130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
