Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual teletherapy sessions addressing behavioral health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues related to executive functioning.

• Stay informed about the latest developments and evidence-based practices in behavioral health to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients, taking into account each individual’s unique experiences and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide comprehensive care and referrals as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and compliance with privacy regulations.

• Adapt therapeutic approaches and interventions based on ongoing assessment and feedback to maximize client engagement and effectiveness.

You will primarily work with teenagers and young adults, a population that requires sensitivity, empathy, and specialized knowledge to effectively address their unique emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• Active and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload management.
