Key Responsibilities\n

• Complete critical incident reporting forms within 24 hours for necessary occurrences to ensure timely intervention and support.

• Participate in after-hours support by carrying the phone on an alternating basis, ensuring continuous care coordination for participants outside standard hours.

• Engage proactively with participants to identify risks and develop strategies that minimize the need for crisis services, contributing to reduced emergency interventions.
\n
• Maintain crisis alerts and integrate with county crisis services to facilitate a seamless transition of care for individuals requiring support.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and ensure regular evaluations to adapt care based on client progress.

• Document all client interactions accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of participants facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will employ a strength-based therapeutic approach that respects the unique experiences and needs of each individual. Your expertise in telehealth will make mental health resources accessible to clients who may otherwise encounter barriers to obtaining proper care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability to quickly and accurately assess mental health concerns and devise comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Ability to effectively intervene and provide treatment for emergent mental health issues, enhancing overall participant well-being.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from $100,000 to $105,000 per year depending on caseload and experience.
