Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create tailored treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and diagnoses.

• Document all patient interactions and clinical reports while adhering to strict ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with care teams, including physicians and support staff, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient treatment.

• Provide direct therapy services, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling, particularly for mothers and underrepresented populations.

• Perform regular evaluations of patients' progress and make ongoing adjustments to treatment plans when needed.

• Address emergency situations by delivering on-call crisis services and consultations as necessary.

• Utilize clinical judgment to assess suicide risk and implement appropriate interventions.

• Enhance client outcomes by employing evidence-based practices and integrating community resources into treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse clients, focusing on mothers and individuals from marginalized communities who often face barriers to mental health services. You will adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet the distinct cultural, socioeconomic, and personal needs of your clients, ensuring inclusivity and equity in mental health care provision.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), or a related field from an accredited program.

• An active and independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• Exceptional skills in electronic medical record management and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site visits to veterans' homes when necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health assessments and crisis intervention techniques is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between $50,000 and $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
