Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

  Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to meet diverse needs.

  Complete ongoing documentation in accordance with clinic policies, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and session notes—all aimed at ensuring continuity of care.

  Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to close gaps in mental health services within the community.

  Utilize creative therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances to help them achieve and surpass their goals.

  Coordinate care effectively with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other service providers as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage primarily with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families affected by behavioral health challenges, trauma, and systemic issues. Your work will focus on helping clients navigate the complexities of their situations, particularly in the context of the correctional system, while providing them with tools and strategies for recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or a closely related field) from an accredited institution.

  A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
