Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of clients’ mental health disorders, utilizing standardized tools and techniques to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver personalized individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting interventions based on clients’ unique needs and progress.

• Work closely with clients to establish treatment goals, utilizing motivational interviewing techniques to promote engagement and accountability.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, including rapid response and appropriate referral to additional mental health resources or crisis services.

• Ensure that clinical documentation is maintained accurately and promptly, adhering to state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with emerging therapeutic modalities, best practices, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n
