Key Responsibilities\n

• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of client progress, treatment methodologies, and outcomes to facilitate accurate assessments and future planning.

• Best Practices: Actively engage with ongoing professional development to remain updated on the latest evidence-based practices within behavioral health.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct thorough one-on-one sessions, providing tailored therapy to meet diverse needs such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges related to executive functioning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your counseling services will be adolescents and young adults, ages 12 to 25, who face various mental health challenges that impact their development and daily functioning. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Strong commitment to a client-centered approach, emphasizing empathy, understanding, and motivation in client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with caseload volume and experience.
