Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct individual therapy sessions addressing various behavioral health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, and executive functioning challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding client progress, treatment outcomes, and therapeutic interventions using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in behavioral health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive care, including engaging in case consultations and treatment plan reviews.

• Support clients in setting and achieving their personal goals while helping them navigate challenges to their mental health.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness and the resources available through Evans Care Treatment Center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage a high caseload, and maintain high-quality services under pressure.

• Exceptional clinical skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms and familiarity with associated tools and technologies.

• Prior experience working with juvenile or young adult populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
