Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses of mental health disorders while developing tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions for children, families, and multi-family groups, employing psychoeducation techniques and group dynamics.

• Provide or coordinate case management services to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families, including collaboration with community resources.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients' families and support systems, collaborating with educators, childcare providers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.

• Incorporate trauma-informed care principles and culturally competent practices in all clinical interactions to enhance client experiences.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training opportunities and obtaining necessary Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to maintain licensure.

• Regularly engage in clinical supervision and quality assurance review processes to uphold the highest standards of care and ensure effective treatment outcomes.
