Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement and utilize patient-centered symptom self-assessments, measures of functional improvement, and goal progress assessments to adapt individual treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation utilizing our intuitive therapist portal, which streamlines record-keeping and minimizes paperwork duties.

• Collaborate closely with the Therapy Leadership Team for ongoing support and consultation, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Provide comprehensive mental health diagnoses, following the DSM V standards, and develop tailored treatment plans based on established clinical practice guidelines.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification techniques, and short-term interventions during client sessions.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to enhance comprehensive treatment plans, contributing to a holistic approach to behavioral health care.

• Deliver regular evidence-based therapy through live video sessions, accommodating a diverse range of clients dealing with emotional and psychological disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Inner Mastery, you will serve adults with varying emotional and psychological challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.
