Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans incorporating best practice guidelines tailored to each client's diagnoses.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavior modification, during therapy sessions to facilitate client growth.

• Oversee and provide clinical supervision for Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring high standards of care and professional development within the team.

• Develop cross-system collaboration with other professionals—such as doctors, social workers, and community organizations—to establish a cohesive support network for clients.

• Manage crisis situations by assessing the urgency of clients' needs and providing immediate, appropriate responses to ensure client safety.

• Facilitate training sessions and educational initiatives for team members and community partners on pertinent clinical topics.
\n
• Perform intake sessions and complete Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments for new clients, diagnosing mental health conditions per DSM-5 standards.

• Maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation while adhering to regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• Possession of an independent license for mental health practice in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
