Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, client-centered therapy, tailoring your approach to meet individual and family needs while adhering to the latest evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals.

• Maintain detailed and organized clinical documentation, including treatment plan reviews and progress notes, in accordance with company protocols and industry standards.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and potentially engage in family, marriage, and group therapy as dictated by your specialization and expertise.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address client challenges and connect them with appropriate community resources, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Provide mental health screenings to determine treatment needs, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients.

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to team objectives and organizational goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field, with licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience working with diverse populations dealing with mental health disorders, preferably including children, couples, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
