Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support adolescents and young adults, a demographic often grappling with issues such as anxiety, trauma recovery, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Ability to prioritize and manage caseloads effectively, showcasing excellent time management skills while maintaining high-quality therapeutic services.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients delicately, creating a safe therapeutic environment.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective dialogue with clients, families, and teammates.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services within a virtual environment, along with familiarity in using electronic health record (EHR) software.
