Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and, when appropriate, group therapy sessions to address a range of behavioral health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client, utilizing best practices in psychotherapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a secure electronic health record system.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to deliver comprehensive care and enhance overall client experiences.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of industry trends and integrating evidence-based practices into therapeutic modalities.

• Triage tasks and manage a high caseload effectively while prioritizing client needs and maintaining quality service provisions.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to share insights and strategies that foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Contribute to outreach and community engagement efforts to raise awareness of available mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality mental health services to teenagers and young adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an active state-issued license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients quickly.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
