Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to understand clients' needs and concerns.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to provide counseling services, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.

• Complete critical incident reports within 24 hours when necessary to maintain compliance and care quality.

• Engage in crisis intervention and support, minimizing the reliance on emergency services by proactively working with participants to avoid crisis situations.

• Coordinate with county crisis services, completing and maintaining crisis alerts for effective collaboration.
\n
• Be available for after-hours phone support on an alternating basis to provide ongoing care coordination.
\n
• Contribute to team meetings and case reviews, sharing insights and strategies for continuous service improvement.

• Perform additional tasks as required, adapting to the evolving nature of telehealth services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
