Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions focused on addressing clients' mental health needs across various life stages.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives.

• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of each client.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners, ensuring a coordinated approach to care that fosters comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client progress, therapy sessions, and treatment interventions to track effectiveness and adjust approaches as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. The goal is to foster resilience and provide tools for clients to thrive in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: You must be fully licensed to practice independently in Arizona as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions.
