Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will primarily involve:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for clients, including both couples and individuals.
\n
• Providing therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment to divorce.

• Leading sessions with families and couples to promote understanding and enhance relationships.
\n
• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a tailored approach to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and maintaining thorough documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive earnings ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, with significant opportunities for uncapped earnings based on your performance. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
