Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess client needs, develop, and implement tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain an active caseload with a minimum requirement of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.

• Document all relevant clinical information, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, to ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enrich therapeutic offerings and improve client outcomes by sharing insights and strategies.

• Employ creativity in therapeutic interventions aimed at helping clients set and achieve personal goals, fostering a supportive environment for exploration and growth.

• Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to each client's treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active LMFT clinical license in the state of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Records systems, particularly with Valant, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
