Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Facilitate joint sessions with couples and individual sessions, focusing on enhancing communication and conflict resolution.
\n
• Assess and address various challenges affecting families, including but not limited to grief, job stress, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each family unit and individual.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans using our advanced digital systems.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve therapeutic strategies and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including adults and children/adolescents, who face a wide range of challenges. You will address serious issues such as alcohol abuse, physical and psychological trauma, familial conflict, and the complexities of separation and divorce. Your expertise will not only guide individuals towards healing but will also foster healthier familial relationships.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
