Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive environment for personal expression.

• Developing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client and family, incorporating evidence-based practices and methodologies.

• Addressing a wide range of concerns including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions to promote understanding and cooperation among family members.
\n
• Utilizing both teletherapy and in-person methods when necessary, adapting modalities based on client needs.
\n
• Documenting therapy sessions accurately and maintaining client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participating in ongoing clinical training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will engage a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Special emphasis will be placed on familial dynamics and interpersonal relationships, allowing you to facilitate healing and growth for families experiencing transitions such as divorce, blended family issues, and sibling conflicts.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
