Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Empower Well Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and individual clients to identify their unique needs and challenges.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing a range of issues such as conflict resolution, communication difficulties, and familial relationships.

• Providing individual therapy to clients, focusing on specific areas such as grief and loss, job stress, and trauma.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop cohesive treatment plans that integrate both mental and physical health approaches.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds. Specific focus areas include:

• Guidance for individuals facing psychological or physical abuse.
\n
• Counseling for grief, loss, and transitional phases such as separation and divorce.

• Assisting clients in navigating communication difficulties and interpersonal conflicts.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
