Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments with couples and individuals, facilitating therapeutic sessions to address a variety of relational and psychological issues.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and family dynamics.
\n
• Engaging in therapy focusing on critical areas such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, family conflict, and communication barriers.

• Utilizing evidence-based modalities and interventions to manage cases effectively, ensuring a client-centered treatment approach.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and overall health initiatives.

• Maintaining thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with professional standards.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work closely with families, guiding them through challenges such as separation and divorce, blended family issues, and communication difficulties. Our therapeutic approach emphasizes treating the entire family system, recognizing that effective care involves understanding the relational contexts in which individuals operate.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
